It’s much easier to create and sustain a joyful life when you are intentional about it.
Intentional Joy will help you discover strategies to create joy for yourself and others—simple, easy-to-implement, effective strategies that will begin working for you immediately.
The Intentional Joy study guide is designed to be an individual or group study with ten interactive sessions. It can stand alone or be used in conjunction with Jacquelyn Lynn’s Finding Joy in the Morning: You can make it through the night and the Finding Joy Journal.
Intentional Joy began as a workshop led by Jacquelyn Lynn that was designed around Finding Joy in the Morning. The response to those workshops led to the creation of a study guide that would be widely available for use in groups in any location, particularly where it would be impractical for Lynn to lead the workshop in person.
The Intentional Joy study guide is ideal for small groups, Sunday School classes, women’s groups and more. Each of the ten sessions can last anywhere from 45 minutes to two hours, depending on the size of your group and how much time you want to spend exploring each discussion question.
The study guide includes:
- Ground rules for a group study
- Overview of each session
- Discussion questions
- Space for recording your reflections on how to add joy to your life
- Special note-taking pages
