Tell us about your books:
I have seven Christian children’s books: Fast Freddy, What A Bragger, I’m Not Afraid, A Servant Like Jesus, God’s Gift, God’s Easter Miracles, and Forever With Jesus. These books help children understand how to live out their faith in a tangible way as they face the same dilemmas all children face today such as peer pressure, temptation, fear, forgiving others, listening to parents, dealing with bullies, lack of self-esteem and so much more. They’re written for ages seven and under.
What inspired you to write these books?
I wrote some of the stories 20 years ago when my children were younger. I wanted my children to know they could pray to Jesus during difficult situations and that they could be kind to others who perhaps were being mean to them. I felt God’s call to publish the stories and now they are an animation series at Seakidstv.com
What are the key takeaways readers will get from your books?
The books are fun and engaging. There is a hidden Christian symbol for the children to find on every page and all the books are on the free app Novel Effect. This app brings the books to life as you read the stories. The books encourage dialogue of what it means to pray to Jesus and to love others. There are educational resources as well for each book and each video.
What else would you like readers to know about you and your books?
God’s mission is for us to create products that will help parents, teachers, ministry leaders and all who teach children to have a strong foundation in Jesus. I am currently working on a guide that offers the best information from the brightest minds in children spirituality, in addition to fresh ideas and tools to help solidify a strong foundation in Jesus starting before birth and up to ten years of age.
